Letter Day Ceremony: Recap of Fall Term Athletics

As the fall term concluded, Peddie Falcons prepared for final exams while anticipating the year's most significant athletic recognition event. The fall athletic season had proven successful across multiple sports, culminating in a notable victory on Blair Day. The Letter Day Ceremony represented the final major occasion for fall term athletes to gather and celebrate their accomplishments.

The Letter Day Ceremony is a longstanding Peddie tradition where fall athletes assemble for a comprehensive review of their progress and an awards ceremony. This event recognizes outstanding athletic achievements, including demonstrated teamwork, record-breaking performances, and significant individual progress. Director of Athletics Mr. D'Andrea and Associate Director of Athletics Ms. Sheldon hosted the ceremony celebrating seven fall sports.

The fall term featured competition across seven sports with the following outcomes:

Two athletes from each team received recognition. Notable awards included the Weed Honor Trophy, Coach's Award, Most Valuable Player Award, and various memorial trophies honoring athletic excellence and sportsmanship.

The ceremony concluded with the Rock Award, recognizing student-athletes exemplifying "heart, pride, grit and courage." Multiple recipients earned this distinguished honor across all fall sports.
