Leading a kimbap-making workshop during Peddie's DEI Day to share Korean culture with the school community.

During Peddie's DEI Day, the school celebrated international cultures through food, stories, and music. I volunteered to lead a workshop introducing Korean kimbap.
Kimbap is a seaweed roll that is filled with rice, radishes, carrots, spinach, meat, and imitation crab. The recipe is flexible—ingredients can be customized based on individual preferences.
It was rewarding to share my cultural heritage while helping participants prepare and enjoy the dish.
